CDP is delighted to invite you its 2016 Global Water Forum, taking place November 15th alongside COP22 in Marrakesh, Morocco.

The Forum will present a clear and compelling narrative: water security is fundamental to achieving companies’ transition to a low carbon future. CDP will release the results of its annual water report and celebrate the Water A List, those companies leading the way in the sustainable management of water resources.

The event will bring business, policy and investment leaders together to establish a pathway for companies to progress from management of water risk to strategic action.

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Hakima El Haite - Minister of Energy, Mining, Water and Environment of Morocco
  • Paul Simpson - CEO, CDP
  • Mika Joukio - CEO, Metsä Board
  • Barry Parkin - Chief Sustainability Officer, Mars Inc.
  • Emre Hatem - Senior Vice President, Project and Acquisition Finance, Sustainability, Garanti Bank
  • Morgan Gillespy - Global Head of Water, CDP
  • South Pole Group

The Forum will take place at the Royal Mansour hotel with breakfast and networking opportunities provided.

Attendance at the event in person is free of charge, but seating is limited. Pease RSVP no later than November 7th, 2016 to secure your place.

Alternatively, you can register to watch the event on CDP’s website. Last year 5,000 people tuned in and the #CDPforum engaged one million Twitter users.
